The working principle
The head cutter is all made of stainless steel, combined with height adjustable rack, regulated guiding bar, driving unit, and cutter. The chicken head goes to the guiding bar working area with the forwarding of conveyor line, the guiding bar gradually become narrow until to 20mm, the chicken head is pulled to down location with the guiding bar working, and the chicken head is pulled cut , but the skin of chicken neck still connected , with the blade cutter which clockwise rotating cut the head completely, the chicken goes to collection tank or pumping to waste collection. |
